Vehicle Drop Off
We have two options for droppng off your vehicle. You may drop off your vehicle during regular business hours or you may drop off your vehicle outside regular business hours leaving your key in the key drop located in the side door. Simply choose an option that best fits your schedule.

Repairs
Vehicle break down and repairs will begin immediately and status updates can be given to vehicle owner by method chosen by owner (e-mail, text, or phone call).

ANY NECESSARY SUPPLEMENT
If payment will by handled by an insurance company and a supplement is needed, we wil contact the insurance company directly.

PAYMENT
Payment is either made by an insurace company or the owner. Any insurance check should be issued and received either by the owner or the shop prior to the completion of repairs to avoid any vehicle delivery delays. Owners making payment may choose to pay by cash, personal check, or credit/debit card.

VEHICLE PICK UP
Vehicle is ready to be picked up and enjoyed by the owner.
